Ready to get to WORC2?

The Workforce Opportunity Resource Center‘s (WORC2) purpose is to engage diverse local contractors and community-based workforce on all construction projects throughout underserved communities and the surrounding neighborhoods.

WORC2 provides cost-free resources, training, technical support and valuable connections for all local workers and minority-owned subcontractors. For workers, we get you ready to begin your career in construction and introduce you to job opportunities. For minority-owned subcontractors, we provide personalized business development guidance to build capacity and drive incremental value – increasing your sales and profits.

In combination with our experience and commitment to the community, we are confident through the center we can provide meaningful and long‐term investment that workers and contractors can build upon.

Are you a Worker?

WORC² can help you look for employment and training in the building trades sector at no cost.

A construction project can represent an employment opportunity for residents in Greater Boston and perhaps an opportunity to start on the right path to a construction career.

Are you a Subcontractor?

Scheduled classes and workshops are based on suggestions from contractors like you and are designed for both you and your team’s participation.

At WORC², we recognize that each contractor has its own identity, strengths, and weaknesses. The success of any contractor is based on its team, strategic planning, and access to capital. Our model at WORC² will not offer a ‘one size fits all’ package to its clients.
